Case Studies:
Admiral Brown’s Girls Leadership Conference. Each year we organized a meeting of 60 NJROTC female participants to meet with senior female leadership under Admiral Brown’s command. Approximately 30% of NJROTC female attendees currently serve in the military as officers.
Military Recruitment Fair serving seven counties. All branches participated including representatives from all academy’s. Over 200 highly motivated, diverse potential recruits attended.
Advised Florida National Guard recruiting command on creating a LAN gaming recruiting event.
