US Navy – Team Pegine Inc. presenters received top rating by Navy SEHR four years in a row. Leadership, communication, management, strategic planning and diversity were taught to over 3,000 officers and civilians.

Team Pegine Inc. trainers trained senior leadership on diversity and leadership. The US Navy Diversity Directorate continually uses Team Pegine Inc. for their diversity councils and diversity programs. The Naval Academy, Norfolk US Navy and others.

The Navy Senior Leader Seminar (NSLS) for senior officers (06/05) and senior civilians (GS-15) used Team Pegine Inc. training services on diversity and inclusion.

National Guard Bureau – Over thirty National Guard states used Team Pegine Inc. for train recruiters, senior officers and senior enlisted on leadership, recruitment, and diversity.

 

US Coast Guard - Provided training for senior trainers on diversity and facilitation.

US Air Force Currently working with Maxwell Air Force base providing 24 role players for a cultural training exercises. A 3-year contract.
