Pegine Echevarria, CSP, MSW– President and CEO has over 30 years of management and leadership experience. Ms. Echevarria was honored by the Army Corps of Engineers, NASA, US Army and US Army National Guard for outstanding service. She has received numerous awards from organizations honoring her success as a businesswoman, Hispanic leader and female role model.
As a speaker Pegine (Peg-een) motivates leaders in a diverse world. She is interviewed and quoted by The Wall Street Journal, HR Magazine, Washington Post, NY Times, and BusinessWeek.com as well as NPR Fresh Air, CNN and Univision affiliates. She testified before the Military Leadership Diversity Commission on the diversity among white men. Pegine is the one of 58 inductees into the Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame. Pegine presents at the Pentagon, keynoted along with two US Presidents, two Secretaries of State and authors John Maxwell and Suze Orman. She is author of “Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt”. Pegine Echevarria, MSW, CSP is creator of the inclusion program “White Guys Are Diverse Too™! used by the military.

avid Herbin – VP of Operations and Sales david.herbin@TeamPegine dot com David has been honored numerous times by the leadership of several National Guard states for his dedicated customer service and support of the National Guard. A father of two soldiers he is committed to providing outstanding service and quality products to the federal government, Department of Defense and our countries warriors. For over twenty years he was director of a health care company. He has been with Team Pegine Inc for 8 years.
Tamara Goldwich – Director of Financial Operations and HR A ten year veteran of Team Pegine Inc. Tamara ensures the procedures, policies and our office runs smoothly. She is always looking for ways to improve our service. An inspirational leader to all she brings her enthusiasm, stamina and organizational skills to her work.
Our diverse national team members (including our leadership team) include military personnel, veterans and service family members (US Navy, US Navy Reserves, US Army, and Army National Guard).
